Return & Exchange Policy
At Neigh Neigh, each product is made and packed with care. As most of our products are made-to-order, all sales are considered final and we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed and dispatched.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at WhatsApp Number - 9272117611 or write to us on shop@neighneigh.co.in with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
Once reviewed, we will resolve the issue at our discretion, which may include a replacement, store credit, or other suitable resolution.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only before they are dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations cannot be accepted.
Important Notes
- Slight variations in colour may occur due to screen settings and photography.
- Size exchanges are currently not supported, so please refer to the size chart before placing your order.
